Our NOC is based in Thailand but can service any location in the world via the internet.

We are specialized in building remote control systems over routers, switches, VOIP gateways and any telephone equipment or system. We will be able to do almost everything action in the network.

Our NOC offer 3 levels of service, Gold, Silver & Bronze:

Gold: 24 x 7 support – online monitoring. We will fix your problems before you even know you have them, constantly keeping your system up and running.

Silver: 24 x 7 – on call support. Call us with any problem that your network is experiencing and we will analyse the problem for you. If it is in our hands, we will fix it, if not, we know where to refer confidently.

Bronze: Working week support: 9 hours a day from Monday to Friday. The same level of support as above, only with restricted hours.
