Flexible Rates Policies
Floating model for rates
Administrators can form rates for users
based on a provider rate and adding adjustments
reflecting profit/expenses. This model is
floating model because the final effective
rate for a user is bound to a provider rate
that can fluctuate. The binding algorithm
can be either with abvsolute or relative
(percentage) margins.
